I am a store manager, and I have been working in this shop for about six years. Here, I am in charge of managing the selection and training of new staff, the warehouse, the layout, the direct sales to customers, administration, and of training the future store managers for other TEZENIS shops

The thing I like the most about my job is working on the shop displays. It is quite stimulating to change the layout of the shop so that it always looks different, new, never static. Also, despite the frantic pace in the shop, I like to manage my staff to the best advantage of our targets.

I believe I am quite rational, practical and dynamic, and I am always open to confront myself with other people. But, most of all, I think my biggest asset is the passion I have for this brand.

I like working for Tezenis first of all because it's a young brand, therefore always changing and constantly evolving. It is a pretty well structured company, indeed I am constantly given advice by a consultant who helps me define the best strategies to achieve our corporate targets. Nothing is ever left to chance. Everything is constantly and thoroughly planned and managed. These, I believe, are the strengths of the Company I work for.

I'm a district manager for Tezenis, that is I provide constant advice to all of our shops on business analysis, human resource management, collaborative relationships with franchisees, and visual merchandising.

What I like about my job is that I am always dealing with people, which gives me the chance to confront myself with very different situations and contexts everyday, and to try finding the best solution to achieve the corporate target each time.

If I had to list my strengths, I would say that I am a straightforward, quick-acting person, but I am also very willing to help the people who work with me.

I have been working in the Tezenis shop in Rimini for about 5 months. I am mainly a shop assistant in charge of the men's department.

I really like dealing with customers throughout the day. And my working environment is made of quite young staff members, which is a very positive factor to me.

I am a very social person and that makes my task easier in the shop. I believe I am pretty good at interacting with customers. Every day I try my best to satisfy their requests.

I like interacting with people: thanks to my job, I have the chance of meeting new people all the time. Being in charge of training for Tezenis means dealing with tasks that are always different, never repetitive, in a young, coloured, and dynamic environment.
